Description
The new range of GPS chartplotter with 7-inch touchscreen GPSMAP ® 720 Series offers a menu completely manageable through the touchscreen interface in addition to radar to make reality as desired by all sailors: a compact plotter, capable of functioning as autonomous units or integrated within a network of instruments, especially economic and affordable for any budget.
The new 720 series is presented with an elegant color screen 7-inch WVGA high-sensitivity integrated GPS antenna.
NMEA2000 is total connectivity, allowing monitoring of engines, fuel, VHF, autopilot, and many other data. In addition, an ethernet port for the radar allows users to connect any radar Garmin GMR ™ series to see the scan radar target screen chartplotter.The GPSmap 720 plotter series come with a preloaded worldwide basemap, implementable through maps BlueChart ® g2 Vision ® as standard; thanks to the unique features of this map, you will access a range of great features such as perspective views in 3D "Mariner's Eye" and "Fish Eye", the exclusive function Autoguidance "able to automatically suggest the best route, pictures overlapping satellite cartography and the 3D view, aerial photos of sea water and the points of interest (POI). The 720S version provides a powerful integrated digital echo sounder from 1000 watts RMS, can "beat" the seabed and any submerged objects up to depths of 600 meters (with optional transducer up to 1kW).
